Support MS SQL Server databases – provide 24X7 support for MS SQL Server environment including upgrade, patches, troubleshooting, cloning, and working with application teams and business customers

Troubleshoots and problem-solves SQL development and SQL server production issues
Provide database support to users and application developers by researching database problems, conducting SQL reviews, and developing queries
Create and automate the monitoring functionality in SQL to identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions
Manages SQL server security
Creates, sets-up and monitors all SQL server jobs
Responsible for installing the SQL Server database instances in all environments including but not limited to development, QA and Production
Responsible for supporting the SQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability, security and recoverability
